The Challenge
Shipa Delivery needed a campaign to promote its cross-border parcel delivery service across selected target countries.
The challenge was to communicate international delivery in a simple, visual, and direct way.
The campaign had to make the service easy to understand at first glance while supporting lead generation across digital channels.
The Objective
The main objective was lead generation.
The campaign needed to attract customers and businesses looking for parcel delivery between key markets, then drive them toward inquiry or conversion.
The Campaign Idea
The idea was built around one clear message:
Parcels Without Borders.
The campaign used famous country landmarks to show delivery routes in a visual and memorable way.
Each execution connected two markets through one strong composition.
Examples included:
- From UK to UAE
- From UAE to Kuwait
This made the service proposition clear without needing heavy explanation.
My Role
I was involved in the creative development of the campaign.
The work focused on shaping the cross-border concept, route-based communication, visual direction, and channel-ready campaign structure.
The goal was to make Shipa’s international delivery service feel simple, reliable, and easy to act on.
Creative Direction
The campaign used a clean, modern, and minimal visual style.
The creative system focused on:
- Iconic landmarks for instant country recognition
- Floating island visuals to create a travel and delivery feel
- Airplane imagery to represent movement and speed
- Shipa’s blue brand color as the main visual anchor
- Route-based copy for direct service clarity
- Clean white space to make the message easy to read
The result was a clear visual campaign that connected geography, delivery, and brand identity in one simple idea.
Communication Strategy
The campaign needed to work quickly in digital environments.
Instead of using long service explanations, each artwork presented the offer as a visual route.
This helped users understand:
- Where the service starts
- Where the parcel can go
- What Shipa Delivery is offering
- Why they should submit a lead or inquiry
The message was practical, direct, and easy to adapt for multiple countries.
Channel Execution
Meta
For Meta, the campaign visuals were designed to stop users while scrolling.
The strong headline, clean layout, and recognizable landmarks helped communicate the route quickly on mobile.
Google Ads
Google Ads supported demand capture from people already searching for international delivery, courier, and parcel shipping services.
The campaign connected search intent with a clear cross-border service message.
GDN
For GDN, the route-based visuals were adapted into display formats to build reach, repetition, and brand recall.
The simple headline and destination-based message made the campaign easy to understand even in small banner placements.
Brand Role
Shipa Delivery was positioned as a cross-border delivery partner that makes international parcel movement easier.
The campaign connected the brand with:
- Reach
- Speed
- Simplicity
- International access
- Delivery confidence
This helped make the service feel clear and action-oriented.
The Outcome
The final campaign delivered a flexible lead generation system that could be adapted across countries, routes, and digital placements.
It gave Shipa Delivery a simple visual language for promoting cross-border parcel delivery across Meta, Google Ads, and GDN.
Why This Project Matters
This project shows how a logistics service can be made simple through visual storytelling.
The campaign turned international delivery routes into clear, memorable campaign assets.
It made the service easy to understand, easy to localize, and easy to use for lead generation.
